Carlisle Medical, a fast growing privately held company, is currently seeking a General Maintenance and Property Coordinator.  The successful candidate will work on day-to-day general maintenance and property duties.  Observe and report maintenance issues required to maintain functional and quality buildings and grounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for all property and ground keeping maintenance.
  • Experience with farm maintenance and equipment operations.
  • Conduct all regularly scheduled maintenance tasks and document, reporting monthly.
  • Determine areas where properties need repair, document needed repairs.   Review with Management.
  • Maintain a database of vendors, subcontractors with usual costs and type of work.
  • Review invoices to ensure that the repairs are being charged appropriately and that the repairs have been completed in reference to the scope of work.
  • Responsible for handling after hours calls.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience with Property and Grounds maintenance
  • Previous experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC
  • 3 years of experience required.
