Description:
Carlisle Medical is seeking an experienced individual to fill a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position in our Retail Pharmacy Department. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact between employees, insurance companies, and injured workers. The CSR provides claimants with information on available Carlisle Medical services and seeks to resolve issues arising when an injured worker attempts to fill a prescription at a retail pharmacy. Will review documentation to determine completeness and obtains missing information from the client and/or claimant. The CSR ensures that the client and the claimant are properly supported and completely satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Excellent phone and written communications skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products.
