Carlisle Medical, a fast growing privately held company celebrating 43 years in the Workers' Compensation industry, is seeking a Pricing Specialist.  The Pricing Specialist will pay a vital role in monitoring and/or shaping our pricing policy.

Carlisle Medical, a fast growing privately held company celebrating 43 years in the Workers’ Compensation industry, is seeking a Pricing Specialist.   Carlisle Medical offers excellent benefits and competitive pay.   The Pricing Specialist will play a vital role in monitoring and/or shaping our pricing policy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor competitors’ pricing policies.
  • Review products’ prices based on the cost, margin, and market expectations.
  • Develop pricing adjustment plans and strategies.
  • Implement the yearly price renewal.
  • Respond to the pricing needs for RFQs (request for quotes).
  • Track the sales and prepare quarterly pricing impact report.
  • Assemble department activity status and progress reports.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or related course of study at an accredited university or college or relevant work experience.
  • Data analysis experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of working experience in the data analysis field or related degree from college.
  • Motivated and able to execute and complete tasks and projects independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent project management skills and abilities to effectively manage timelines and deadlines.
  • Quick learning, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Impeccable writing, editing, proofing, and layout skills with a high-level understanding of English grammar.
  • High-level skill in creating and designing sales documents.

Computer Skills:

Strong competency in the use of a personal computer, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint needed, and MS Project desired.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and foreign language skills are a plus.
