What You will Do
You will be the heartbeat of our client support team acting as a key bridge between injured workers, doctors, pharmacies, and workers compensation adjusters.
- Manage Communications: Handle multiple lines of communication including, email, text, phone, and system messaging with professionalism, empathy and speed.
- Facilitate Care: Assist pharmacies with medication adjudication and prepare/maintain claimant profiles in our network.
- Coordinate Solutions: Serve as the primary liaison to ensure medication benefits are accurately assigned and updated across multiple platforms.
- Deliver Data Support: Fulfill client reporting needs and keep system records complete and up to date.
What You Bring to the Team
- People-First Mentality: Exceptional active listening skills, client interaction etiquette, and a passion for turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Systems Proficiency: A quick learner who is comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Sound grammar, spelling, and writing skills, paired with the ability to read and interpret detailed reports.
- Experience: 3+ years of customer service or telephonic experience preferred (though an equivalent blend of education and hands-on training is welcome).
