We Are Proud To Welcome Teresa Preiss To Our Case Management Staff

We are excited to welcome Teresa to our team! With 22 years of experience in workers’ compensation case management, she is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) skilled in both field and telephonic services. Her clinical background spans occupational health, trauma, and critical care, bringing valuable insight and expertise to our work.

Teresa is known for her strong communication and problem-solving skills and has built trusted relationships with local providers and health care teams. She holds a multi-state nursing license based in Tennessee and a single-state license in California. Teresa is also recognized as a registered case manager and rehabilitation professional in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia. She will be managing territories in the Nashville and Chattanooga areas.

At Carlisle, our synergistic approach to Case Management teams our Case Managers with our Clinical Director, Registered Pharmacists, and Orthopedic Nurses. By collaborating on each case, this team addresses challenges such as opioid addiction, medication management, and medical equipment needs. We are confident that our comprehensive model delivers the best outcomes for both the Insured and the Injured Worker.
