We are excited to welcome Mary Jo McGee, BSN, RN, CCM, to the team.

With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Mary Jo McGee is a registered nurse and certified case manager. Her extensive clinical background includes 25 years in intensive care, cardiovascular care, emergency nursing, neuroscience, and trauma.

Her leadership experience includes serving as an assistant director and case manager for a 40-bed inpatient unit. Throughout her career, Mary Jo has built strong relationships with patients, families, providers, and other stakeholders through her collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.

With more than 10 years of experience coordinating complex workers’ compensation claims, Mary Jo helps ensure that injured employees receive timely, evidence-based care. She is skilled in assessing medical and vocational needs, developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary services, and facilitating safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Mary Jo is also experienced in navigating workers’ compensation requirements within Georgia and across state lines. She is committed to achieving positive outcomes for injured workers and clients while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance, and cost-effective care.

At Carlisle, our synergistic approach to Case Management is to pair our Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists, and Orthopedic Nurses. By collaborating on each case, our team addresses key challenges such as opioid dependence, medication management, and medical equipment coordination. We are confident that our comprehensive model delivers the best outcomes for both the client and the injured worker.
