We are excited to welcome Olivia Dominguez Rios, RN, NP, CCM, to Carlisle and Associates.

Olivia holds credentials as both a Registered Nurse and a Nurse Practitioner. She brings strong experience in home health case management, comprehensive patient assessments, and post-discharge evaluations. Her skills include evaluating medical necessity, managing complex clinical pathways, and coordinating transitional care to optimize outcomes.

In addition, she excels at collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to address complex medication management and promote safe, efficient recovery. Olivia is recognized for her sharp clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and collaborative work ethic. She will deliver coverage throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Southern and Central Palm Beach County, including West Palm Beach, the Upper Keys through Islamorada, and the Naples area of Collier County, Florida.

At Carlisle, our synergistic approach to Case Management is to pair our Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists, and Orthopedic Nurses. By collaborating on each case, our team addresses key challenges such as opioid dependence, medication management, and medical equipment coordination. We are confident that our comprehensive model delivers the best outcomes for both the client and the injured worker.
