We are excited to welcome Traci Canby, RN, CCM to our team.

Traci Canby has 20 years of experience in Worker’s Compensation, having served in field, telephonic, legal and leadership roles. She lives in the St. Louis, Missouri area and maintains a multistate nursing license, as well as an Illinois license. Traci holds a B.S. from the University of Missouri, completed her nursing training at Lutheran Medical Center, and earned an MBA from Missouri Baptist University. She is also a Certified Case Manager (CCM).

In her free time, Traci enjoys traveling, spending time with family and her dog, and outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and gardening. We are excited to welcome Traci to the Carlisle Medical team.

At Carlisle, our synergistic approach to Case Management is to pair our Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists, and Orthopedic Nurses. By collaborating on each case, our team addresses key challenges such as opioid dependence, medication management, and medical equipment coordination. We are confident that our comprehensive model delivers the best outcomes for both the client and the injured worker.
