Carlisle Medical 2024 April Excellence In Caring

Carlisle Medical recognizes that every transaction represents an individual with specific needs.  Many cases require flexibility and quick action due to unforeseen circumstances.  Recently, Joseph in our DME department was able to facilitate a late day request from a Case Manager needing DME equipment for a patient ASAP!  Joseph and the DME team were able to complete the entire process start to finish in 27 minutes and the injured worker received the needed equipment the following morning!  The grateful Case Manager had this to say.  “This is not the first time I have worked with Joseph and the DME team and Carlisle Medical.  I am always pleased with the responsiveness of everyone I work with there.  I wanted to give a shout out and a huge thank you!”  Great job, Joseph!
