Meet a Member of Our Nurse Case Management Team

Ashley Walker has been a registered nurse for fifteen years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.  She has worked as a Telephonic Case Manager for five years . She is the president of the Mobile Bay ONS chapter. She is experienced in spinal injuries,  oncology and hematology, cardiac recovery, gastroenterology, and post operative orthopedic and trauma surgeries.  She is experienced in coordinating medical treatment, developing and implementing cost-effective rehabilitation plans for the patient to achieve optimal recovery from their injury/or illness.  Ashley has experience in assisting the injured workers in their return to work by designing and setting appropriate goals determined by the individual worker’s need.

  • Work experience includes: Spinal Injuries, Oncology, Hematology, Cardiac Recovery, Gastroenterology, and Post Operative Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery.
  • Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Certified in Basic Life Support

Our synergistic approach to Case Management is to team our Case Managers with our Clinical Director, Registered Pharmacists, and Orthopedic Nurses. Working together on each file, this team of experts can tackle any issues, including opioid addictions, medication issues, and other related matters. Additionally, medical supply and equipment solutions are provided. We are confident that our comprehensive approach will provide the best outcomes for the Insured and the Injured Worker.
