The Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute (IWCI) was co-founded in 1991 by a small group of people led by Betty Croshaw and John Shanks. The first meeting was an all day seminar in August 1991. Since that time, the organization has grown to over 300 members in 3 chapters throughout the state of Indiana.
IWCI’s mission is to promote and conduct programs of general education in worker’s compensation and related areas, assist members in improving their skills so that they continue to be an asset to their employer and provide financial support for charitable organizations and educational institutions that benefit the area of worker’s compensation.
