Rebecca Mills has been a registered nurse for twenty-seven (27) years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She has worked in the workers’ compensation industry for over eighteen (18) years. Rebecca covers the Tri-Cities areas and is familiar with providers in Eastern Tennessee into Southwest Virginia. She is a certified case manager. Her background includes home health, surgery, teaching as a practical nursing instructor and working as an in-house case manager for a large Chemical Company. Rebecca has worked with local municipalities, hospitals, and many self-insured employers. She has experience assisting injured workers in their return to work by designing and setting appropriate goals determined by the individual worker’s needs.
