Excellence In Caring: Pam
Pam is nominated for the Carlisle Customer Care award for providing excellent customer service as evidenced by an email received from an adjuster. The adjuster wrote, “Your work has made these claims move much more smoothly than I believe would have occurred otherwise.”
She went on to say that if she had received the same type of information from all the nurses she dealt with, her job would be much easier. We are proud that Pam’s work stands out in a positive way for this adjuster, and we are glad she is on our team!
