DME Inside Sales Representative

Carlisle Medical, celebrating 43 years of service to the Workers' Compensation industry, is seeking a DME Inside Sales Representative. As a DME Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact between clients (insurance companies and third-party administrators), injured workers and Carlisle Medical for all DME needs and concerns.

As a DME Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact between clients (insurance companies and third-party administrators), injured workers and Carlisle Medical for all DME needs and concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review all documentation associated with referrals for correctness and completeness.
- Obtain necessary information and documentation to implement referrals.
- Processes orders for merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax e-mail or personally from customer or company employee.
- Informs injured worker of services available to them to satisfy their needs.
- Locate source of identified DME.
- Writes or type order forms and enters data into computer system.
- Records or files copies of documentation received.
- Receives, investigates and resolves customer complaints.
- Complies statistics and prepares various reports for management.
- Answers questions from customers or individuals on issues or directs them to the person that is able to assist.
- Maintains client and claimant information in various databases.
- Other duties as required.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years proven sales experience or 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
