Excellence In Caring: Precious

I am nominating Precious for a Customer Care Award. An adjuster who sends a substantial number of files to our Telephonic Case Management (TCM) department consistently requests the same case manager. This is in part because he has become familiar with her assistant, Precious. The adjuster sends requests that she follow up on important documentation for him. She has assisted him in obtaining documentation on multiple occasions. He has been impressed with her professionalism, courtesy and follow-up skills. The adjuster stated that when he needs something, he knows that Precious will not stop until he has it. I commend Precious for the trust she has built with our client.
